THE INSPIRATIONAL ESCAPE
A workspace is more than an office for a writer it is a
creative refuge. This 1000 SF studio space is designed for a writer and their needs during a creative retreat. The goal of this retreat is to provide an efficient work studio where writers can confidently create their work while providing a sanctuary for rest and inspiration.

DESIGN CONCEPT: Flow
The concept for this design is flow. Flow is defined best through water which freely moves around obstacles to get to the destination. Within the space, the concept of flow will be demonstrated through curvilinear lines, movement, and asymmetry. Overall, the design will allow the user to feel motivated and confident to create content within the space.
